The building’s 50 apartments boast stunning views overlooking the park to the southeast and almost 4,000-m2 of rooftop garden to the northwest. Nestling in this green oasis is the Wellness Pavilion: a glass-enclosed retreat surrounded by nature, featuring a swimming pool, spa, changing rooms, and solarium. Adjacent to the Wellness Pavilion is an exclusive Club House, complete with a wine library and a relaxation area that make it an inviting space for socialising and unwinding. Residents and their guests can also enjoy an outdoor dining area, thoughtfully equipped with a grill and pergola-covered tables.

The innovative architectural design of Bliss embodies a distinctive living philosophy, where solidity and lightness come together in perfect harmony. The recessed loggias are sheltered by a solid, meticulously finished base, above which the upper apartments rise with elegance - shielded by refined, permeable sunshades that filter sunlight without ever obstructing the flow of natural light.

Each apartment in Bliss UpTown has an exclusive outdoor space and most of the apartments offer multiple views, ensuring plenty of natural light and variable views from two to three sides. The terraces are designed to be enjoyed to the maximum all year round, creating a retreat that is as versatile and elegant as it is intimate and welcoming. Bliss bears the unmistakable signature of MAB Arquitectura and its designers. Floriana Marotta and Massimo Basile have masterfully crafted a dynamic dialogue between the building, the park, and the boulevard, shaping an environment that gracefully responds to its varied surroundings: the urban vibrancy to the west, the serene greenery of the park to the east, and the lively public spaces that animate the squares to the north and south.
